We currently work with several co-ownerships and building management services of residential and office buildings to be their general repair service of choice. It is must cheaper and quicker and logistically far easier for a building to set aside 1, 2, 3 or 4 days or half-days a year when we might pass by and take care of ALL their miscellaneous repair jobs at the same time instead of organizing meetings for estimates for each job regardless of how small they might individually be. We offer different maintenance and repair contracts depending on your building's needs. Just inquire!
